Fire Investigation Webinar 4: Presenting fire investigation evidence at court.

Richard Hagger will host the fourth of a series of webinar sessions introducing forensic fire investigation to the legal profession. This fourth session will cover presenting fire investigation evidence at court. The webinar will highlight different types of report for civil and criminal proceedings. We will cover some of the pitfalls fire investigators fall into when presenting at court, including outcome bias. This fourth webinar builds on the previous three webinars that covered the legal aspects, management of fire investigations and the effects of firefighting on a fire investigation by bringing them all together into the reporting for courts or legal teams. This fourth webinar will be of interest to lawyers and solicitors involved in risk mitigation, litigation and dispute settlement and those tasked with fire claim handling or have an interest in fire scene assessment.
