Richard Hagger will host the third of a series of webinar sessions introducing forensic fire investigation to the legal profession. This third session will cover the effects of firefighting on a fire investigation and firefighting response. We will highlight how the actions of fire-fighting effect the scene and the investigation. In addition, the webinar will briefly delve into firefighting responses. This third webinar builds on the two previous webinars that covered the legal aspects and management of fire investigations and will be of interest to lawyers and solicitors involved in risk mitigation, legislation compliance, litigation and dispute settlement and people tasked with fire claim handling or having an interest in fire scene assessment who may instruct an expert to assist with their case.
