Race for Inclusion: the experiences of black and Minority Ethnic solicitors – research launch event

This event is to mark the launch of our high-level research looking at Racial inequality in the legal profession. The event will give us an opportunity to bring together the researchers, academics, senior lawyers and opinion formers to analyse and discuss the findings from the report.

The event will dissect and examine key themes emerging from the research and you will hear from the Law Society, setting out its Race action plan.

This event will help you to:
  • Understand more about the experiences of black and Minority Ethnic solicitors in the profession
  • Explore the challenges that firms face in supporting the BAME agenda
  • Develop the skills to support and encourage self-confidence to make effective applications to access/progress within the profession
